DNA Architects has been using SOLVit for all of our IT needs since our original IT co-coordinator referred us in 2007. Since then Damien and the team have provided us with all of our IT procurement, Network setup and maintenance, problem solving and troubleshooting. No issue has been to great or to small and has always been handle professionally and efficiently.
We rely 100% on our network and equipment running without fault, as do our clients and while we can handle minor issues in house we are too small to employ a dedicated IT person. Having the backup of SOLVit allows us to get on with our business with confidence that if something goes wrong or we need to procure something for growth we can trust Damien to look after our interests. He is essentially part of our team.

SOLVit put my office and business on office 365 and Syncplicity. The transformation has been amazing, I can literarily work from anywhere where there is internet connection.
On a couple of occasions vital programs stopped operating which meant I couldn’t work. I contacted the SOLVit team and within an hour or so of contacting them, they had restored the programs which let me continue running my business. Without them, I would have lost months worth of work.
We have been using SOLVit to provide IT services to our business since early 2010. Our experience with other IT providers hadn’t always been to our satisfaction so it is really pleasing to be working with a business that is responsive to our needs, can handle emergencies and are prepared to find solutions to new problems as they arise.
The team at SOLVit are very professional, responding to questions with courtesy and respect regardless of how trivial they may be. We can’t function without our internet service or computers which is why we rely on SOLVit to keep our network and equipment in good working order, day in and day out.
