We are a small office, so IT has always been something outsourced. Zirous has been able to offer an all-inclusive IT package that fits our needs & budget. Their service is superior to the other organizations that we’ve used in the past and their proactive approach ensures our business is best protected from system compromises through the internet and email.
Zirous has been exactly what we needed - a true extension of our small IT department. They are a "security blanket" for us in areas we do not have expertise in and have been very helpful with day-to-day tasks as well as larger projects. I feel like we are all part of the same team.
We have outdated systems that were not being managed properly by companies that were out of state and not responsive to our needs. Zirous stepped in and did such a great job with listening to our needs and coming up with great solutions to our unique situation. Zirous not only listened to us but also took the time to navigate and resurrect our antiquated systems. Zirous has updated our database systems, computer software, computers and phone systems, which were all extremely outdated. In addition, Zirous staff have been responsive, flexible and very knowledgeable. We are very appreciative of the services we've received so far and look forward to our working relationship in the future.
