I just wanted to say a big thank you for several pieces of work your staff have done for Globeleq.
Firstly to Justin Drysdale who I recently worked with on upgrading our Cisco UCS, NetApp and VMware. He is a credit to your company working above and beyond what I expected.
He is very easy to get along with and has a positive can do attitude, nothing is too much for him. I was constantly kept up to date with the progress of the project and thus was a great success.
Secondly to Dave for sorting our AD replication issue today in 16 minutes flat something which Microsoft have been working on since Tuesday (4 days).
He promised to send me a brief RCA over the weekend which Dave and I discussed and found together.
Often is the case people are quick to complain when things go wrong and don’t acknowledge or recognise when people do good.
I would have no issues recommending Simplify IT to others purely down to the quality of staffing and work delivered.

We had a few blips during the implementation of the plan but AC and Jon have maintained a clear head and turned everything around and implemented the plan set out.
We still have some way to go in implementing all of our future plans and projects but we can move confidently forward knowing I have an excellent partner in place.Simplify IT really do just that - Simplify complex projects by providing excellent people with a deep understanding of what they are doing. Whether it’s Faisal designing and implementing a complete new network, Matt installing hundreds of metres of new fibre, Justin beating an incalcitrant NetApp appliance into submission or Sarah handling the co-ordination of the project, they are all consummate professionals who know what you need almost before you do.
Even when hit by Covid as we were during the project, Simplify IT made sure we still hit our deadlines by making sure that additional staff were available as soon as possible.
I can’t recommend them highly enough, and look forward to working with them again in the future.From the very first conversation to the last UAT test, Simplify IT provided an amazing service.
We refreshed our infrastructure with a Cisco Meraki solution, replacing in the region of 50 switches and 70 APs. This was all done with very little downtime and no issues or concerns.
Every member of the company that we met have great knowledge of their particular roles and tasks and all enjoy working for the company. The management are very progressive and get involved in the projects to ensure that the deliverable meets the requirements and expectations, and also that the very best deal is done on your behalf.

Instead of weeks or months, our entire server estate moved from legacy hardware to brand new HP servers in very little time. Our Intune environment is looking more healthy too after just a few sessions, and we have the ability to see what’s out there (and what’s not).
