I first enlisted the services of James and his crew of experts at TechMedics almost 5 years ago, in a desperate attempt to replace our previous IT Service. This was a small operation with fewer than 55 employees, but no one had even anything close to a manual or user guide to the then server set-up or operation.
James and his team came in with no more information than where the server was located, made an assessment, and supplied me with a snapshot of where my IT solution was – and more importantly where it was headed.
