“I was nobody, nowhere - until I met Techmedics!
I first enlisted the services of James and his crew of experts at TechMedics almost 5 years ago, in a desperate attempt to replace our previous IT Service. This was a small operation with fewer than 55 employees, but no one had even anything close to a manual or user guide to the then server set-up or operation.
James and his team came in with no more information than where the server was located, made an assessment, and supplied me with a snapshot of where my IT solution was – and more importantly where it was headed. They then proceeded to spend a full 24 hours dedicated to backing up the entire system while staying in close contact with me to supply updates. It was a Herculean task, and not a welcome one to my panicky employees, but James was there with assurances and explanations every step of the way.
I was so impressed by how Techmedics literally saved the business’s information and back up data, that I have continued to recommend them in the stickiest of situations, where people’s productivity is deeply suffering because of concerns about everything they don’t know about their own IT solution.
